Troy Wilkinson Construction Manager
Troy heads up the skilled construction crew that performs services throughout the Valley. Troy has over 12 years of experience in the landscape field, and has been with Four Peaks Landscape Management, Inc. since 2006. In his spare time, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and their 5 kids, volunteering, and serving as a deacon in his church.

Nick Vigna III West Valley Area Manager
Nick has over 8 years of landscape experience, and is a valued member of the Four Peaks team. Nick supervises all of the operations and properties in the West Valley. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his fiancé, golfing, bowling, and spending time at the sand dunes with his sand rail and riding quads.

Bill Jernigan East Valley Area Manager
Bill has over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Bill is the Area Manager of the East Valley, and is responsible for overseeing all of the operations and properties in the East Valley. Aside from his supervisory roles, Bill also heads up several of our employee training courses. In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Fermin Santillan Central Valley Area Manager
Fermin has over 19 years of landscape experience. Fermin oversees the operations and properties in the Central Valley, including Scottsdale, Maricopa, Sun City and Paradise Valley. Fermin has been with Four Peaks Landscape Management, Inc. for 4 years. In his spare time, Fermin enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

John Eubank Enhancements Manager
John has over 15 years of experience in the landscape field, and has been with Four Peaks Landscape Management, Inc. for three years. John heads up the enhancements crew, and is responsible for designing and following through with enhancement projects. John enjoys playing golf, hiking, and spending time with his teenage daughter in his spare time.

Jim Trog Central Control Irrigation Manager
Jim has over 14 years of experience working in the landscape industry. Jim is in charge of managing the central control irrigation systems, and has extensive knowledge of various systems including, the Rainbird Maxicom system. He is also a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters.
